….. in a part of the world that has inspired authors to read lovely books like these:
The will be days out, and there will be quiet days pottering about, when a certain amount of reading will be done.
A certain small, brown dog will have her own half acre of meadow.
She hopes that when she come home her promenade will be open again.
We’ll see you then!
Have a lovely time, Jane!
All those covers look so inviting. Hope you will all have a wonderful holiday. 🙂
Enjoy your holiday, Jane!
Sounds wonderful! And Briar will wear herself out with so much new ground to explore.
Have a lovely holiday. If you have a moment when you’re back I would love some advice on where to start with Anthony Trollope as I am hoping to re edit my Classics Club list and I would like to include some of his work.
Have a wonderful holiday…books and time away from work…heaven!!
Happy holidays to you!
I just read The Gipsy in the Parlour. It was part of my holiday reading, while I was in Devon pet sitting for my elder daughter – it seemed apt, since it is set in Devon. Great minds think alike!
