1. I loved the sound of this book. What a gentle read and as I don’t live in England it is always lovely reading about the country side and the people as so different from my midwestern upbringing in the USA and now life in Tasmania. Enjoyed this very much. Pam

2. The Marion Howard Spring book? It’s everything you say, though I loved it for the opposite reason of being so close to home.
