… but right now my computer doesn’t seem to love me.
After lots of diagnostic tests and a ridiculous amount of time on the phone to my ISP, the conclusion was that I needed a new home hub.
Until it arrives I have I have no internet connection, and I have just half an hour to do things on a library computer.
So I’m going to go home and read books without any distractions (except Briar), and hopefully I’ll be back in business soon.
Computers are wonderful when they work.
Computers are wonderful when they work. I hope you don’t have to wait too long before yours is up and running again.
We really have become so dependent on our computers. Even me, who was born around one hundred and fifty years too late! I see so many people come into the library waving flash drives absolutely panic stricken to get an assignment printed off when their computer has gone belly up.
Best of luck getting things sorted and soon, Jane!
About a month ago my Internet connection was down at home for a week and it didn’t kill me! I thought I would go crazy, but it really didn’t seem to bother me as much as I had feared. Enjoy your peaceful reading time!
I’m hoping that the problem is resolved soon!!!
